As a parent, it’s always going to be your biggest goal for your littles ones to be happy. No matter what you do or where you are in life, knowing that they are healthy and happy is all you’re going to want to work towards for them. But do you really know what will make that happen? It’s not always easy to know what contributes to happiness, but these three things will help.
First of all, one-on-one time is really important. Your children just want to be heard and they want to know that you care. Spending valuable time with them and actually being present with them is just so important. So always ensure you have time for this. Let’s ditch the electronics and go play outside. Next up, you need to be able to make sure that they are eating well. When you have a picky eater, this can be easier said than done. But, you will find that the most you can feed them a balanced and healthy diet, it’s going to contribute to their general health and happiness. Zachary loves to be involved, he helped me add the watermelon chunks into my Ninja Blender, and had a few bites as we waited for them to freeze.
